Position Details

Rate of pay: Group 1 Step 1 - $17.98 hourly plus 4% vacation pay
Hours of Work: Two hours per day (one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon), Monday-Friday during the school year
Work Location: Barry's Bay
Department: Community Services

The Township of Madawaska Valley is presently accepting applications for a Crossing Guard. A Crossing Guard ensures the safety of students and pedestrians by directing traffic and guiding children across busy streets. This position is based in Barry's Bay and the successful candidate works two hours per day (one hour in the morning and one hour in the afternoon), Monday-Friday during the school year.
